Młoda
Fabryczna PRS
Responding to current market needs, a residential project called Młoda Fabryczna (eng. Young Fabryczna) is planned to be developed in the New City Center of Łódź, covering a plot of 0.2843 ha. The building will consist of twelve storeys above-ground and one underground storey. There will be 9 807 sqm of flats, 536 sqm of retail space on the ground floor, a two-storey car park for 118 cars.
Given the ongoing growth of the PRS market in Poland and Łódź, the project has been prepared to meet the needs of young urban professionals working in modern business outsourcing and R&D centers in proximity to the city center. The Młoda Fabrczyna project is also in an ideal location for students of the many universities in Łódź, as well as young retirees ready to move back to a vibrant urban environment.
